FIRM
PROFILE
Andy Chasan and Tim Walton have been partners since 1980. They have
devoted their careers to representing the interests of injured
people against insurance companies, big business and corporate
greed whether because of a car accident, product liability, or a
wrongful death.
The philosophy of the firm is to put the interest of
the client first. We take pride in the size of the recoveries we
obtain for our clients, but that is not the sole measure of our
success. Helping our clients make correct life decisions, and
helping them to restore the quality of their life after suffering
profound injury is equally important.
We develop close personal relationships
with our clients. You will work closely with the attorney
responsible for handling your case, and with our highly qualified
staff. We employ no associate attorneys; your case will be
personally handled by either Andy Chasan or Tim Walton.
Chasan & Walton limits the number of cases it accepts.
We do not operate on a “volume” basis. Rather, we take a deep and
personal interest in each and every client’s case. In this way we
give your case the attention it deserves in order to achieve the
outstanding results for which we are known.
Our Philosophy on Litigation: We don't accept a case
that we are not willing to take to trial. That being said, we
understand that most people don't want to end up in a trial and
would prefer to settle. We would prefer that too; and candidly,
most cases end up settling. However, our job is to get you the
maximum recovery with the least amount of risk, and that often
requires us to litigate your case. We are experienced trial
lawyers. If the insurance company makes a fair offer, we'll advise
you that a fair offer has been made; if they won't, we're not afraid
to go to trial.
We are
very proud of our legal staff. We hire the best, and the brightest,
and provide them with a stable, challenging, and enjoyable work
environment. In return they reward us (and our clients) with a high
quality work product. On average, each of our staff members has
been with us for more than a decade.
