Motorcyclist Pinned To The Grill Of A Semi Truck (Personal Injury/Car Accident/Truck Accident)

            An airman riding his motorcycle on the interstate at night was struck from behind by a semi truck, and was pinned to the grill of the semi, for a mile or more.  The airman suffered severe personal injury, including extensive burns, and a spinal fracture.  The law firm proved that the truck driver was medically unqualified to drive, resulting in a substantial recovery for the airman.  (back)
